A commercially astute and collaborative operations leader, Bethan is responsible for managing, coordinating and leading the strategy of the business operations function of the Severn Glocon UK manufacturing sites, directing all operational activities to ensure customer and company objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Expertise in driving sales growth, developing strategic business plans, and leading high-performing sales teams with a strong track record of securing and retaining key accounts. Adept in navigating global markets and adapting strategies to meet evolving industry trends.

Since entering the industry in Business development for Severn, David has strived to give the Aberdeen Business a customer focused vision.

Through three changes of position from Sales manager, Business unit Lead and now Regional Director this has remained the focus for all product lines.

David is also result driven and believes a good team spirit and work ethic helps achieve these goals.

With 30+ years’ experience across the full life cycle of the valve industry, Tony has a proven track record of successfully helping customers find the correct solution for their problems.

Tony leads the After Sales internal sales teams as well as supporting the regional sales teams externally with his knowledge that he has gathered encompassing the energy sectors such as Oil & Gas Upstream, Midstream and Downstream, Power generation, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage sectors.

Sebastien excels in ensuring the customers’ needs are met by the strength of his colleagues and putting forward the best quality and customer service our company has to offer.  Focused on boosting sales & service by creating relationships of trust with key decision makers, he will adapt his vision and plan to ensure growth, profitability, and a sound reputation for Severn.

As Australia’s Country Manager, Sebastien will reframe the business to increase our margins, expand our installed base, and ensure we play a dominant role in the in Asia Pacific valve industry. Customer proximity is # 1 strategy.

Originally from Scotland now living in the UAE, David joined Severn in 2013 as Head of Engineering for the service business and has worked within our service business around the world.

With over 30 years experience in the industry from original equipment manufacturing through to dynamic customer oriented service environments, David has a wealth of experience across multiple aspects of fluid handling and control equipment design, manufacture, operations and maintenance allowing a holistic approach to solution generation for difficult applications and operational issues resolution.

Claire Brookes is the Divisional HR Business Partner, providing HR support and guidance across the division globally. Claire has over 10 years of professional HR experience within 250 FTSE companies and is accredited with the Level 7 CIPD qualification. She has a background in IT software, manufacturing and construction.
