NPD Acknowledgement

By submitting this Form, you acknowledge and agree that: a) your responses are provided during the course of your employment (whether or not submitted during working hours or using Severn Group premises or resources); b) you have been requested to provide your responses to further the interests, business, activities and operations of Severn Group; c) any information, data, designs, drawings, diagrams, methodologies, specifications, know-how, inventions, ideas, developments, improvements, innovations and/or any intellectual property rights contained in, arising out of, or developed from your responses (“Output”) shall (to the fullest extent permitted by law) automatically belong to your Severn Group employer; d) you will provide and assign to your Severn Group employer at their request all materials embodying or recording any Output; e) you will provide and execute all documents and do all acts both during and after your employment as may be necessary to give your Severn Group employer full benefit and control of  the Output; and f) except as provided by law, no further remuneration or compensation other than that provided for in your contract of employment is or may become due to you in respect of any Output.
